In May, 25th, 2008, I woke up 7:00AM; I took all baggage to my gray car. I drove my car from Kentucky to Greensboro, North Carolina because my parents wanted to change my ESL-English Second Language- and let me had a good environment to learn English. When I arrived at University Square in Greensboro the time was almost 7:00 PM. Of course in front of desk there was no one in there, so I couldn't check in there. I made a phone call to the University Square office to ask who can help me to check in. After one hour, a tall strong man gave a room key, but the room was a smell model room. It meant I did just live in this room for few days. After, I have to change my room. Anyway, I found a place I could rest.
The sceond morning in Greensboro, I curious walked around University Square I was surprising that there were just two small stoves in the first floor, but I lived at the eighth floors. If I want to cook some delicious food, I have to bring all cook stuff to the first floor. It is very inconventent. I thought that I had to move out the demon University Square and found a new place to live.
Anyway, I had to find the Inter link office but I didn't know where was Interlink office and I had to find it because today was new student registered day. It was the most important for new students. I called the Interlink office and a woman who answered the phone call told to me the destination. Then, I walked to the office and finished registered. I ask an officer that how many Taiwanese studied at Interlink? Becuase I needed some help find that a new place to live. She answered my question and gave me a number of Mike; he studied at Interlink for five months. I made a phone call to Mike. I wanted him to help me to find a new place. He gave a number of TSA (Taiwanese Student Association) of prescient. His name was Tony.
Tony was an Interlink student, but now he is a MBA student in UNCG. He told to me that he knew an American house room was a Taiwanese live there. However, he went back to Taiwan. So the place was empty. Then, he took me to the house and contacted the house owner- Anelx, he was a American and had short hair. We walked around his house; it was perfect for me, so I decided to rent it. Finally, I had a good place to continue learning English.

shooting
One day, in summer, Qing from B.G. in Kentucky to visited me in Greensboro. We went to a shoot field at market St. the shoot field was a building that had red wall and black door. When we went to the field we saw a lot of guns in front of glasses desk. I asked that could we play shoot gun in here to a person who behind the glasses desk. He answered to me that yes, of course you can, but you had to watch safe video before you played shooting. Then we went to a room watch the video. After, we rented a gun and paid the money. It cost 30 dollars for each person. When we played the gun, we found that the gun of trigger was hard to use, we had to use heavy power to make it working. However, our score was not too bad. This experience was special for us because play gun is illegal in Taiwan.
